Ramco Systems appoints senior leaders for its Global Payroll Business

Global enterprise software company focusing on Next Generation Cloud Enterprise Applications, Ramco Systems announced the appointment of senior leaders to drive growth for its HR & Payroll business. To broaden its Managed Payroll Services Team, Ramco recently appointed Paul Nikhil Prasad as Business Head of Managed Payroll Services and Johnson Louis as Head of Global Payroll Operations.

Paul Nikhil Prasad brings in his expertise of multi-country payroll operations, new client onboarding & implementations, process improvements, GIA audit & risk control, service delivery and shared services. Nikhil comes with close to two decades of various capacities in the payroll domain, having worked with organizations like ADP, Standard Chartered Bank and PeopleStrong. Nikhil’s specialized capabilities in captive payroll shared services will play a vital role in further cementing Ramco as a technology solutions leader creating value for its customers.

Johnson Louis carries to his role more than 18 years of diverse experience with ADP. During his tenure, Johnson was responsible for handling multi-country payroll operations, implementation, customer experience, talent development, change management and much more. In his new role, Johnson will help Ramco provide a next-level experience for its Managed Services customers.
