realme has unveiled its latest smartphone, the C51, in Taiwan following the recent launch of the realme C53 in India. The C51 is a more budget-friendly model, retaining the 6.7-inch HD+ 90Hz LCD screen with an impressive 90.3% screen-to-body ratio. It is powered by the Unisoc T612 SoC but features a 5MP front camera housed in the notch.
Similar to the C55 and C53, the C51 includes the mini capsule design and comes equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. On the rear, it sports a 50MP main camera along with a depth sensor. The device is supported by a 5000mAh battery and boasts 33W SuperVOOC fast charging capabilities.
The realme C51 features a 6.7-inch HD+ IPS LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, up to 560 nits peak brightness, and a 180Hz touch sampling rate. It is powered by the UNISOC T612 Octa-Core 12nm processor with Mali-G57 GPU and comes with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB of storage, expandable up to 2TB with a microSD card.
The smartphone runs on Android 13 with realme UI T Edition and has a 50MP rear camera with an f/1.8 aperture, along with a depth sensor and LED flash. On the front, it sports an 8MP camera with an f/2.0 aperture. The device also features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a bottom-ported speaker.
In terms of connectivity, the realme C51 supports dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.0, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C. It is powered by a 5000mAh battery with 33W SuperVOOC fast charging support.
The realme C51 comes in Mint Green and Carbon Black colors and is priced at NT$ 3,990 (USD 127 / Rs. 10,430 approx.) for the single 4GB + 64GB model. It will be available for sale in Taiwan starting from July 25th and is expected to launch in India soon.
