Ricoh India has expanded its portfolio of printing services offerings by adding Document Process Outsourcing Services Business into the kitty. The new business line will be providing a total solution for enterprises to outsource their document intensive business process. Ricoh launched the new service at the ‘Ricoh 360°’ event in Chennai.
Having the entire document process/ management outsourced will help the companies not only to drastically reduce the overall print cost and improve the productivity, but also provide them access to newer and better technology, as well as improve workflow efficiencies, said the company’s press release. Already, this space is having strong dominance from players like HP, Xerox and Canon.
The new services combines Data Management, Document Center Services, Mailroom Management, Scanning Services and Fleet Management Services across business verticals such as Education, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Telecom and Financial Services.
Ricoh India is already a leader in the digital printing segment and document management, as well as an established player in IT Services. Ricoh’s DPO Services will help companies to outsource their document process to subject matter experts, so that they can focus their people and resources on their core business.

With the new solutions, Ricoh wants to tap document intensive business process such as customer communications or bill printing for BFSI, Student Admission process in Education, Document Centre in Healthcare, or Drawing office or warehouse processes in Manufacturing
