The jury for the awards was headed by Hon’ble Mr. Justice P. Sathasivam, Former Chief Justice of India. Route Mobile was presented the award “Best Governed Company Listed Segment: Emerging Category” in the 22nd edition of the ICSI National Awards for Excellence in Corporate Governance held on January 6, 2023, in Mumbai (India). Corporate Governance Awards, instituted by the ICSI, India in 2001, is now regarded as the industry benchmark of recognising Corporate Excellence.
Route Mobile has been conferred with this award for its commitment to benchmarked disclosure practises, governance standards, commitment towards CSR and sustainable business practises; Route Mobile had earlier won this award in 2019 in the Unlisted Segment.
