Kovai.co, Hackett

Speaking about his role at Kovai.co, Hackett says“I am incredibly excited to join because Kovai.co already has amazing brands and customers just from inbound sales. I love sales and particularly outbound sales as I view it as the ultimate challenge to persuade people who weren’t looking for a solution that you can make their lives better. I wanted to join Kovai.co as soon as Saravana told me about the success of Document360 from inbound only and the quality of the customers that have already been onboarded. This means there is a clear product market fit and we can now take those learnings and apply them to outbound. I am here to accelerate growth and make Document360 THE choice for knowledge management worldwide”.

Having graduated from the University of Birmingham with a Russian Studies and International Relations degree, he completed his Master’s in Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Management at the University of Bath Business School.
