ITVOICE NEWS: Sony Launched its entry-level Xperia E3 and Xperia E3 Dual smartphone in India. The smartphones were made official early this month at IFA trade fair along with the other devices like flagship Z3 and Z3 Compact.
The Xperia E3 smartphone is priced at Rs. 11,990 and E3 Dual is for Rs. 12,990. According to Sony, Xperia E3 will be available in two colour options, black and white whereas E3 Dual will be offered with three colour options, white, black and lime.
The features involve 11.43-cm (4.5-inch) screen with 854 x 480 resolution, 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage space expandable up to 32GB via microSD, 5MP rear camera with LED flash and 0.3 MP front facing shooter. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS.
On connectivity front, it supports 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0 with 2330 mAh battery backup. At this price range, smartphones like Moto G, Xiaomi Redmi 1S, Asus Zenfone 5 and new Android One phones would offer tough competition to Xperia E3 in Indian market.
