ITVoice News: One more ‘open source’ technology based affordable phone comes in the Indian market with advanced features like dual-SIM facility, dual camera and multi-lingual support.
Spice has announced to launch its first Firefox OS powered smartphone, named as Spice Fire One Mi -FX 1. Priced at just Rs 2,299, the phone will get officially launched on 29 August. The phone will be available on Snapdeal.com for a short phase and then it will be available at retail stores too, including Spice HotSpot and www.saholic.com.
The phone sports 8.89-cm (3.5-inch) HVGA capacitive touch display, dual-SIM support, 1GHz processor, 2MP rear camera and 1.3MP front-facing camera. The phone doesn’t support 3G but other connectivity options like Wi-Fi, Edge and Bluetooth are supported. Several Indian languages like Hindi, Tamil and Bangla are supported in the phone. Its software features include Adaptive App Search or the Single Window Search which enables users to find relevant information and apps from the web altogether.
