The Zenbook 17-Fold OLED, Asus’ newest premium folding laptop, has been unveiled. One hundred percent DCI-P3 colour is available on the foldable 17.3-inch screen of the new Zenbook 17-Fold OLED. It has the 12th Intel Core i7 processor and terabytes of fast SSD storage. In comparison to the new foldable Zenbook, Asus’ top-tier ProArt Studio book Pro 16 OLED costs more than Rs. 3 lakh in India.
In India, the laptop was recently pre-booked. Those who pre-ordered it will receive a free external SSD, a 3-year warranty bundle, and a year of accidental damage insurance. The Zenbook 17 Fold OLED is a large laptop with a magnesium aluminium alloy body. Additionally, it has the military standard MIL-STD 810H certification.
Some of the details of the specifications of the Zenbook 17 Fold OLED are that it sports an OLED screen with a resolution of 2560 x 1920 pixels that measures 12.5 when folded. The screen features a 1000000:1 contrast ratio, a 500 nit brightness, and a 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut. It also has Dolby Vision and DisplayHDR True Black 500 compatibility. The Zenbook comes with the Intel Core i7-1250U processor and Iris Xe graphics. It also contains 1TB of PCIe 4 SSD storage with a 6500 MB/s speed and 16GB of DDR5 RAM running at 5200 MHz.
The Zenbook 17 also includes an ASUS ErgoSense Bluetooth keyboard that supports Quick Toggles. Further, the front of it sports a 5MP webcam for video chats and meetings. For audio, there is a quad-stereo speaker configuration, and Cortana and Alexa speech assistants are supported.
A 75WHr battery that enables 65W rapid charging is also included in the laptop. The laptop boots into Windows 11 Home and has ScreenXpert 3 and MyASUS already installed. It also has WiFi 6E and a subscription to Microsoft Office Home & Student. Along with other ports, it has two Thunderbolt 4 connectors, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The Zenbook 17 Fold OLED costs Rs 3,29,990 in the country and is exclusively offered in black. It will be sold by authorised companies both online and offline. Vijay Sales, Croma, Reliance Digital, Flipkart, and Amazon are included in this.
