The Lenovo Tab P12 powered by Dimensity 7050 chip is set to launch in India on September 5th

In the preceding month, Lenovo unveiled the Tab P12 tablet for the European market. A recent Flipkart poster indicates that the tablet is slated for release in India during the upcoming month.

Reportedly, the Lenovo Tab P12 has been glimpsed on Flipkart, with the poster unveiling that the tablet’s sale will commence at 12 PM on September 5.

Although the pricing of the tablet is yet to be disclosed, it starts at €399 in the European Union. A look at the tablet’s specifications reveals the following:

The Lenovo Tab P12 boasts an expansive 12.7-inch LTPS LCD display presenting a resolution of 2944 x 1840. It offers a 60Hz refresh rate and a pixel density of 273ppi. Enhanced by Quad JBL speakers, its camera setup includes a 13MP front-facing camera with an RGB sensor and a wide field of view, while the rear configuration encompasses an 8MP autofocus camera equipped with an LED Flash.

Fueling its operations is the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 processor, coupled with an Android 13-based operating system. The tablet is set to receive two years of OS updates and four years of security patches. It will be accessible in two memory variants: 4GB RAM with 128GB storage and 8GB RAM with choices of either 128GB or 256GB storage. The tablet also supports expandable storage through a MicroSD card slot.

The tablet integrates a range of sensors including an accelerometer G sensor, RGB sensor, gyroscope, E-compass, and a hall sensor. A fingerprint sensor for enhanced security is incorporated into the power button. Connectivity options encompass Wi-Fi 6, dual-band Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth v5.1. A USB Type-C 2.0 port is featured. With a robust 10200mAh battery, the tablet delivers up to 10 hours of video playback. It will be available in two sophisticated colors: Storm Grey and Oat.
