Vivo is preparing to launch the V29e smartphone in the Indian market, and it’s claimed to hold the title of the slimmest phone with a 3D curved screen within the price range of Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 30,000. Vivo’s official website has unveiled a dedicated landing page for the V29e, revealing key design and specification details, with a particular focus on the camera features. The upcoming phone showcases a dual rear camera setup accompanied by a color-changing rear panel. One of its standout features is a 64-megapixel primary rear camera equipped with optical image stabilization (OIS). The V29e is touted to feature a sleek profile measuring 7.57mm in thickness and adopts a hole-punch display design.
According to the information provided on the teaser page, the Vivo V29e will incorporate a dual rear camera system, led by a 64-megapixel primary sensor accompanied by OIS technology. For selfies and video calls, the phone will boast a 50-megapixel front camera. The promotional images on the microsite depict a 3D curved display for the device, which claims to offer the slimmest profile with a 58.7-degree screen curvature within the price bracket of Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 30,000. The phone displays thin bezels on all sides and features a hole-punch cutout at the top bezel to accommodate the front camera.
On the rear side, the Vivo V29e showcases a color-changing glass panel that is capable of transitioning between vibrant hues for an enhanced visual appeal. This innovative technology is showcased in Artistic Red and Artistic Blue color variants. The color-changing capability will be exclusive to the Artistic Red variant.
