Xiaomi continues to expand its product range, moving beyond smartphones to offer a diverse selection of devices, including televisions and smart scales. Recently, the company introduced the X Series Smart TVs in India, a highly anticipated addition to their lineup. Xiaomi values the Indian market greatly, evident not just in their smartphone success but also in dominating the smart TV market with a 10.5% share.
Taking feedback from users and fans, Xiaomi reintroduced the 65-inch model to the X Series after a four-year absence. The X Series Smart TVs now feature a “Content first UI system,” powered by Google TV and PatchWall+, which customizes content based on user preferences.
The X Series Smart TVs boast several improvements over previous models, including Dolby Vision and Vivid Picture Engine technology, a 30W speaker with Dolby Audio, and a bezel-less design with up to 98% screen-to-body ratio. Dolby Vision and HDR10 enhance colors, brightness, and color range on the screen, while the Vivid Picture Engine allows access to over a billion colors, significantly enhancing the viewing experience. The Reality Flow technology ensures smooth and blur-free moving images on the screen.
Moreover, the Xiaomi Smart TV X Series comes equipped with Google Assistant for voice control, built-in Chromecast and Miracast for easy content sharing, and compatibility with new video game consoles. The TVs feature multiple ports for connectivity, run on a 64-bit Quad Core A55 chip, and support Bluetooth 5.0.
The 65-inch version of the Xiaomi Smart TV X Series will be available for purchase on August 5th, 2023, while the other variants will be available a day earlier, starting from August 4th, 2023, at a starting price of 28,999 Indian Rupees.
