The Xolo A600 budget smartphone is now available at Rs 6,499 on MySmartPrice.com. While the device isn’t the newest in the market, it is still a pretty good contender in the budget smartphones segment.
The dual-SIM device has a 11.4-cm (4.5-inch) IPS capacitive touchscreen display along with 4 GB of internal memory and 512 MB RAM. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz dual-core MediaTek MT6572W processor and runs the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system. In addition, the device also has the Mali 400 graphics processing unit.
On the camera front, the A600 consists of a 5 mega pixel primary camera on the back with auto focus and LED flash capabilities. In addition, the device has a VGA front camera for video chats etc. The A600 also has a 1,900 mAh battery along with Bluetooth 3.0, GPRS, EDGE and WiFi capabilities.
The device was launched back near the end of 2013 by the Lava owned brand Xolo at a price tag of around Rs 8,500. Though outdated, the device still trumps some other budget offerings in the country and can lay claim to some of the market share.
